What could your life really look like? It all starts with a detailed vision of what you want to accomplish with your life. Make sure that you include the whole picture of what you are doing, where you are living, what your lifestyle is like and who you with.
Create purpose for each goal:
Goals by themselves are awesome but if they lack context in the big picture than you may be able to come up with an excuse to swear it off. Give your goals purpose. You can exercise and eat right because you want to be healthy at 100. That is the purpose of a daily workout and run. Now I may also have more short term goals, break a world record, complete a marathon, etc and those are also a goal with purpose.
The idea is that you establish a habit of filling your goals with unbelievable purpose.
Getting up at 5 am is one of the best habbit to achive your goals and dreams. The habit of waking up at 5am is the catalyst for you to reset your habits and change your life.
The phrase to “rewire your Brain” is one that is overused and more so, one that is not fully understood. The truth behind the phrase is that we now have a proven science to explain the process of “rewiring” the brain. Neuroscience have shown that by using the correct technique you can measurably change both the physical structure of your brain, by increasing its size, and the quality of your brain, by increasing its speed and efficiency. It is similar to your muscles which will grow and become more efficient with exercise and exertion but is sadly, not considered in the same way, that’s why it’s far more common to be heading off to the gym for a workout than exercising your brain. The 5am Mindset however, is a perfect way to improve your mind with focused attention, persistence and passion.
The mental process of the
5am Mindset, and the all-important action taken during that 15 to 60 minutes will physically change your mind by rewiring your brain.
The process known as neuroplasticity means, “the brain’s natural ability to form new connections in order to compensate for injury or changes in one’s environment”.
Waking up at 5am is that changed environment.
When we think about something often, form a habit or focus and concentrate on a subject the path that our neurons take in our brains during that thought grow as extra blood is directed to the cells and chemicals released to promote further use.
One of the keys to helping this process is having passion. When you have passion you release the chemicals into your body, which helps you pay attention. Paying attention is another key because; in order to make new (and long lasting) maps you must have clarity. If you try to make a map with apathy, that is foggy or unclear, you will never make the connections last. They will be overturned by the competitive nature of the brain with its limited space and high demand for ideas and thoughts (a result of our busy lives).
So the routine of waking up at 5am forges new maps in the brain, which grow in size, speed and efficiency over time until a habit is formed and the brain has physically been changed. If you think about your magnificent obsession during your early morning habit that too, will become a well-used path; bigger, stronger, faster. Because that map is now so well exercised it will more likely be used throughout the entire day, activating the law of attraction.
This means, and this is proven science, that because the brain maps for your magnificent obsession are primed your senses will pick up on the smallest amount of information coming from the environment. Therefore, you may hear someone in the background talking about a subject that can help you that otherwise would have gone unnoticed.
You are more likely to talk about your idea, see something of relevance, go out of your way to locate knowledge or seek out help when you persistently send information down a well used path which is getting bigger, faster and stronger. The early morning is the best time to do this, as the brain is well rested having processed the previous day’s input overnight. You don’t have many distractions, it is quiet and the time is yours to do whatever you choose.
Our lives are based on what we repeatedly do. Everything we do during the course of the day is a ritual, sometimes without us consciously choosing it to be.
MEDITATION daily meditation practice can help lower stress, increase happiness, reduce anger, and help you develop an attitude of gratitude. Meditating in the morning is a great way to start your day, as it will reset your mind and body before the eventual chaos of our everyday lives sweeps in. seems to be a recent trend as studios, classes, and online courses are popping up everywhere, but this practice has been around for centuries.Meditation will also help you become more mindful of your thoughts, deal with tough situations better, and start your day on a positive note :A

You guys should always have a routine. You should make a timetable and follow it. This is why our parents always used to pressurise us for making a time table because we have, the physical phenomena called CIRCADIAN CLOCK which is a biological meter that cycles wirhin our body every 24 hours .
This clock affects:
1)When we are Hungry
2)How fast our heart beats
3)And when our body is ready to sleep.
Abviously not everyone’s clock looks alike. We each have something called a chronotype; a unique schedule which determines the times in which we are mostly to feel tired. Therefore our circadian clock also tells us when we are most productive by pointing out two extreme time period which happens to be the same for every chronotype. These periods are 5 am and 9 pm. Whether we have a good sleeping habit or not our body treats these two extremes the same way. One is for waking up and other is for going to bed. So in order to take advantage of many benefits of a biological tuned sleeping schedule, you have to start by constantly waking up early.
