Yes, this is me during November 2018 and then again it’s me 4months after!
My skin is still recovering from Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. #cptsd.
My constant state of panic after my assault in June 2018 probably contributed to my skin getting worse.
Not getting enough sleep because of nightmares and sleep paralysis, made my skin look worse.I wear my mental health.
Every person I met tend to offer me suggestions about my skin.
“RUSH TO A DERMATOLOGIST”
“AWFUL SKIN IS NOT FOR GIRLS”
“TRY THIS PRODUCT”
“DRINK 6 LITRES OF WATER”
“YOU NEED TO PEE FREQUENTLY”
and all those expensive creams, face washes and treatments they suggested
This usually stems from the assumption that you haven’t tried everything and that you don’t know what’s best for your skin. It’s also really not okay to make spontaneous comments about someone’s appearance.
But I tell you all the warriors going through something like this, it’s gonna be fine, your skin would be glowing once the tension oozes away from your skin, once you start getting proper sleep, once your mental state has blossomed.
And also that all the blemishes, the acne, are BEAUTIFUL, YOU ARE BEAUUUTIFUL; no matter what the world says.
Rather, people should appreaciate the person’s courage and help them overcome.
Also i have jot down 12 face packs and home remedies on how to remove pimple/acne blemishes Part I and Part II
